2. Description of Services

ConceptCity provides trading card grading facilitation services. We act as an intermediary between you and professional grading companies including PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG.

Important: ConceptCity does not perform the actual grading of trading cards. We facilitate the submission process by:

• Collecting and organizing your cards for submission
• Preparing and submitting your cards to grading companies
• Tracking the status of your submissions
• Receiving and returning your graded cards

All grading decisions, grades assigned, and grading quality are solely determined by the respective grading companies.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Submission Terms

By submitting cards through our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ownership: You are the rightful owner of the cards or have authorization to submit them for grading.
• Condition: Cards are submitted at your own risk. We take reasonable care in handling your cards but are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects.
• No Guaranteed Outcomes: We cannot guarantee any specific grade or outcome from the grading companies. Grading results are subjective and at the sole discretion of the grading company.
• Processing Time: Grading turnaround times are estimates provided by the grading companies and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by grading companies.
• Risk of Loss or Damage: While we take precautions to protect your cards during handling and shipping, we are not liable for loss or damage that occurs during transit to or from grading companies, or while in the possession of grading companies.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for our services are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Payment is currently accepted in-store only. We accept various payment methods including cash, PayNow, GrabPay, and credit/debit cards (subject to processing fees).
• Full payment is required before we submit your cards to the grading company.
• Additional fees may apply based on the declared value of your cards as required by grading companies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ConceptCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by grading companies, including grades assigned, cards rejected, or any policies of the grading companies.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to cards while in the possession of grading companies or during shipping.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ConceptCity or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
